Having spent a day exploring the beautiful countryside, I was delighted to discover a hot tub at the accommodation. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax, just like soaking in a warm bubble bath after a long day. The jets massaged away all my tiredness, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and ready for another adventure.
Parking was a bit inconvenient.

Tucked away in a charming village, this cozy stopover location offers a great experience. The rooms are lovely, with fantastic bathrooms that cater to all needs. The service is top-notch, with the kind host going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is a highlight, featuring a delicious spread of pastries, bread, and homemade conserves. And if you're lucky, you might even get a room with an outside terrace or a grotto for morning meals. The only downside is that finding the place can be a bit tricky.

The room at Les Chambres De L'Escotais was super cozy and comfy, like snuggling into a warm hug. The private bathroom had all the essentials, and the hairdryer was a life-saver. The shower was great too, with some lovely smelling free toiletries to pamper myself. As a guest who loves feeling at home, this room nailed it!
Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of the shower. It's just a personal preference, but I prefer a bathtub instead.

Great value for money and the room was lovely, especially the fantastic bathroom. The location was perfect, just a few minutes off the main route, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety and options to choose from.

The room at Les Chambres De L'Escotais was cozy and comfy, making me feel right at home. I loved having a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. The shower was amazing! It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
The only thing I didn't love was the view from the room. It wasn't the most picturesque, but hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

We had an excellent stay at Les Chambres De L'Escotais. The owner, Isabelle, was more than capable of managing everything on her own and still found time to chat with us. Despite arriving late, she provided a delicious meal with local wines. The next morning, we enjoyed a superb breakfast with high-quality local produce. Isabelle was also incredibly helpful, especially when we encountered delays with EuroTunnel. She even let us in at 2am and helped us park. The experience was truly superb value for money.
Nothing to be said. 😊

The room at Les Chambres De L'Escotais was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The private bathroom was a plus, complete with a hairdryer, free toiletries, and a refreshing shower. It was perfect for someone like me who values privacy and convenience.
Personally, I found the decor a bit outdated, but others might still appreciate its rustic charm.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The lady running the place is a superwoman - she went above and beyond to accommodate us, even with our delayed arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were lovely. The dining room, set in an old cave, had such a charming atmosphere. The breakfast spread of homemade jams, croissants, and baguette was delicious. Although a few more options would have been nice, it was still a great start to the day. The food and service at the evening meal were excellent - I loved dining in the old cave. And the value for money here is just outstanding. Can't wait to stay here again, with our small dog too!

I absolutely adored the charming decor of this quaint French hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork added a touch of elegance and made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing and chatting with other guests, and the hotel's accessibility was excellent for someone like me, with everything conveniently located on the ground floor. It made my stay comfortable and convenient, allowing me to navigate easily without any stairs or long hallways to worry about.
I would have appreciated a more attentive staff that was knowledgeable about the specific needs of senior guests. While the children working there were friendly, I felt that they could have been more proactive in offering assistance or providing information about nearby attractions that are suitable for older individuals.

The decor of the hotel was absolutely charming, with its rustic French style and period features. The common areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and spacious corridors to navigate comfortably.
I would have loved the children working there to provide some additional amenities or activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

I absolutely loved the rustic French decoration of this charming period property. The vintage furniture and traditional touches made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The general areas, such as the dining room set in the old cave, had a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that I adored. As a senior person, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The comfortable bed and conveniently located bathroom and separate toilet near my room made my stay very comfortable.
I would have asked for more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing extra options like cheese, cold meats, or eggs during breakfast for senior guests.
